NOTICE: Effective July 9, 2007, the Collin Equality Foundation has changed its name to the Triangle Foundation.

The Triangle Foundation [formerly the Collin Equality Foundation] is operated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Texas.

We are supported by donor contributions, and grants provided by community foundations.

Our mission is to provide educational and enriching opportunities to individuals, families and groups in order to establish partnerships and to foster alliances equally throughout society, regardless of one's sexual orientation and/or gender identity, that work toward a more powerful, secure and productive humanity free of discrimination.

The foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, which is solely responsible for the management of the Triangle Foundation.

Section 2.1 of the Triangle Foundation's Bylaws states:

"The activities, property and affairs of the Foundation shall be managed by its Board of Trustees, who may exercise all such powers of the Foundation and do all such lawful acts and things as are permitted by statute, by the Articles of Incorporation or by these bylaws."
